Answer: Check the logs to see if there is a Prop Spam and if so go to the user doing it and Ban for prop spam. If noone is Prop Spamming report to higher ups that they may need to restart the server Scenario 3:you join a Server and see a Police Officer arresting people in spawn you ask him why and he arrests you what do you do? Answer: Wait until the timer is done (if there isnt a bind to escape) and tpjail him to a sit strip his weapons than question him and punish appropriately (warn if less than 3 Arrests if more than 3 ban for 3 days due to Mass RDA) Scenario 4: You respond to a RDM you ask him why but kills you and jumps off a roof what do you do? Answer: Take him to a sit and Jail him if he continues to shoot while in the cage strip weapons while asking questions if he RDMs in the sit warn him immediatly and if he has killed more than 3 people Ban for 3 days if less RDMs  warn them Scenario 5:  Your flying around and see someone disrespecting someone else what do you do? Answer: ask if the two are friends and messing around if so continue on if they are NOT friends than mute/gag them for 5 minutes if the  insulter continues gag and or mute for 10 minutes and continue on unless it needs a warn due to Minge and Offensive Behavior.

You were trained by Rusty, who is one of the best guys we got and he knows his stuff, but some of your scenarios were iffy. For the first one, don't wait until they come back, if they did RDM and LTAP, ban his Steam ID for the 4 hours. In the 2nd one, you ban people for prop spam, not warn. 3rd and 4th are okay. The 5th is lacking a definitive punishment, like a warning for what? or what happens if he continues. You were trained by one of the best we got, but these scenarios are keeping me in the middle. Doesn't know what role of staff he is applying for. 3rd True or False question is incorrect. Scenario 2 There is no time put for ban length (Which I know isn't required) And prop spam isn't the only way to crash a server ingame with nothing like Titanium Stresser or a engine that can crash Garry's Mod servers. I also wouldn't contact the founders just because the server is lagging when it could be your internet or your computer.
