I can also be of service for decision making about staff members. You go to them and they tell you who did it. You go to bring the person then you notice that he is not in the game anymore. What do you do?[/b] I would ban the steamid of the player for 1 Hour, then return myself. [b]2. You get on the server only to notice a slight lag. It starts getting worse over time. What do you do?[/b] Check logs immediately for what may be causing the issue. If a player is Prop Spamming, they will be banned for 1 week. If its a reason i may not be able to determine, I will inform a higher ranked staff member to see if they maybe be able to help. [b]3. You join the server and see that a police officer is in spawn arresting everyone. You go to him and ask him what he's doing but he arrest you also. What do you do?[/b] Immediately jail the player who is arresting everyone. Then unarrest every player with the command "!unarrest * ". if that doesn't work, just use the unarrest baton. I would then deal with the player who was arresting everyone. He would be getting a ban time of 3 Days.  [b]4. You respond to a RDM. You ask him why he did it and he shoots you and jumps off the roof. What do you do?[/b] I would jail the player who shot me during the sit as well as strip him from his weapons. I would again ask the same question, if he does not give a answer, i would just give him a warning of RDM X2 and return players back to RP. [b]5. You are flying around and you see someone disrespecting someone. What do you do?[/b] If I find a player who is disrespecting another player very much, I would kindly ask them to stop. if they do not, they will be gagged.

Surprisingly enough, I did not see you at all during that time either moderating OR RPing. It also hasin't been just the 2 days i have been playing as well. Not trying to be rude Storm. I hope I get the chance to sometime talk with you in the server.
