You go to them and they tell you who did it. You go to bring the person then you notice that he is not in the game anymore. What do you do?    i would keep the logs and let an admin know about the actions. 2. You get on the server only to notice a slight lag. It starts getting worse over time. What do you do?    get on discord and let the founders know something is laggin the server. 3. You join the server and see that a police officer is in spawn arresting everyone. You go to him and ask him what he's doing but he arrest you also. What do you do?    talk to him tell him he cannot be doing that. and warn him for RDA x[How ever many]  4. You respond to a RDM. You ask him why he did it and he shoots you and jumps off the roof. What do you do?    grab him put him back up tell him he cannot be randomly killing people in the server he needs to advert if hes able to in role. then warn him 5. You are flying around and you see someone disrespecting someone. What do you do?    tell him not to be rude and to respect everyone or just stay away from each other.

 I see that you get the basic idea of what should be done in the scenarios but, as with all things, you can learn over time and I believe you can make a good staff member. The only doubts I have about your application are  - >50hours - Vac ban Overall I would gladly accept you to the staff team. +1

You have 1 Vac ban and have less than 50 hours (which I'll slide). However, if you truly want to become staff, do the staff training, Friday and Saturday nights, and you could gain something, and look over the server rules. But for now, due to your scenarios and it looking like you really didn't put an effort into this, I have to say, I'm out. [/b][/size][/color]

The scenarios needed more information and you could make more of an effort to try and solve the situation, because if you dont try then your just a notification for the founders or other staff, and needs work on what to do in certain situations, i highly suggest staff training when possible.
