So first off let me start by saying I started playin I Am Gaming about lDecember 2018 and played until about a month before the server went down but i just stopped as i didnt enjoy gmod that much anymore but now im getting back into it and i hope to play on I Am Gaming a lot more. In game name:  SLAAAAAAAMIN Steam id: STEAM_0:0:109260915 Name of user you are reporting: Psycho Tech Your argument: so first I was timing out left and right for some reason *which i am still trying to fix* and my brother called and said he had to go to the E.R for a bad burn he got so i set up remote access on my pc so i could see when i loaded in on my phone which let me say i wasnt doing anything besides trying to see if i lagged out again or to talk to staff if they were to ask if i was afk. So I check about every 20 minutes while im in the E.R with my brother and last time i check it says i was kicked for reason "AFK" but i was still able to respond if Psycho Tech would have asked instead of just kicking me that would have been great but no the guy just kicks me for no reason other than he SEES I have not moved recently. Evidence: i dont have any as i dont have a discord to ask staff for evidence but i talked to a staff member "Hitman" and he said he would give me some evidence. Steam id of user you are reporting (If available): STEAM_0:0:85107342 Anything else you would like us to know: when i was playing a few months ago Psycho Tech was causing problems even back then, now he is STILL causing problems, i mean if people like this stay employed by i am ekaj and duck to be honest i dont want to play on the server when staff are on then. not trying to be an ass or whatever but there was a lot of staff that were pretty rude/not understanding of certain situations/just warned without hearing BOTH sides/or just warning without a sit. but they are all still here causing problems for players like me. I will be playing a lot more now but if this continues i dont want to play when staff are on. i know it may SEEM like im a minge or just being a complainer but cmon hitman even said you arent suppose to kick people for being afk dude.

I don't think Psycho Tech should've kicked this guy for just being AFK, as there was not that much people on and there was no need to free up AFK players. Psycho Tech has done similar stuff in the past, which I've even informed him of. And kicking people for being AFK is not something we even do. He acts childish a lot of the time or at least just does anything he wants and gets too power happy like "aww dude let me ban this guy cmon i want to ban him" until i end up telling him to relax and stop acting like that infront of other players because that makes him look like he just wants to ban people and nothing else. I myself have witnessed Psycho Tech just pick people up and shake them for no reason other than he thought it was funny. I will have to agree with this and say he be punished for it as he has yet to be punished for any of his past misdeeds. There was even on time where he was headshotting me through walls/just getting nothing but headshots even when i was cloaked and/or behind props shortly after he placed an E2 but when i asked him about it he said "I don't have any E2's". I believe Psycho Tech abuses or at least has abused a few times and just goes about his day.  These are my own personal views on the staff member alongside the report here. This is not an attack on Psycho Tech, this is me simply explaining all my problems I have had just to show that I'm not giving it a +1 just because I "don't like him" or something along those lines, I have valid reasons as I do with all my replies on everything on the forums.[/size][/color]

But this is the only thing you are reporting him for besides other "Problems" that are never disclosed that happened months ago. I originally put Neutral but after seeing Hitmans screenshots, I changed it to +1. Psycho Tech barely plays and from this and just him ingame I can tell he doesn't really know the rules. But this isn't anything extreme. I feel like a warn to demotion at BEST and just him to relearn all the rules. But to memorize it all you need to play often. He doesn't really play. If he starts acting better, I don't have any problems with him.[/color][/size][/b]
