STEAM_0:1:58780768 Is abusing their power in many ways. First when I joined the server, first time. A nuke exploded, he kept spawning more trying to "test" something he says. Not in admin land or somewhere secluded, but in spawn. My game lags every time their is a nuke, imagine if I crashed because of that? Second off I was following some guy who terrorized me to RDM him. I admit to that, but I found STEAM_0:1:58780768 again with nukes, yes I could have asked but if he blew me up, (out of spawn this time) That would have been very annoying, so I proceeded to steal the spawned in N U K E. No I didn't advert it wasn't an RP item so I just wanted to end this terror he was doing. After all that I became a hobo and spawned large props to make my "crip hobo roof" he proceeds to delete my props without warning me. takes me to the sit area without my permission and anyone to report me, and then decides to threaten me with a perma ban. after he sees I reported him on discord he goes to 1 week> a warn> a verbal. SO that is fine but I feel like it's just abusive what he's doing especially when a new guy joins. I do not have proof other than whatever y'all have in logs but if any more happens I will try my best to acquire proof. Zoom is his buddy so he'll probably talk bad about me in the replies or something so sorry if we argue down there.

Forget the issue I don't know how to delete but I feel like it's resolved anyways nothing big happened was just being petty.

I was seeing if you could blow up the nuke ammo by shooting it, if so I was blacklisting it. It was in spawn the first (AND ONLY) time it blew up Zoom said he died but we all shot it to see if it would blow up, but he was the ONLY one to die and he only died because the nuke puts you down to 1HP and he got launched to the beach and took fall damage I believe. The second time I tried to replicate it was across the map from everyone else seeing as the only people on were ToxicPotato, Zoom, you, and myself. So I didn't think you would care as all it would do is make a loud noise and the server had **JUST** restarted and nobody even had ANYTHING placed down (prop, text screen, entity, or anything for that matter) everyone was a Citizen at that time and if I kill someone on accident I ALWAYS refund items and apologize multiple times or offer compensation for items. You kept following me and collecting the rocket. I don't lag from the nuke until after it detonates and even then it's down to 12FPS (which is bad but if you have ANY GPU it shouldn't be that low), and I'm running a i3-3570 with 8GB of 4RAM and no GPU so I didn't/don't think it will be that bad as I more or less have a PC equivalent of a Laptop. If a admin spawns something, you shouldn't steal said item no matter what and you even said you KNEW I spawned it as I asked you in the sit. Also I don't "need permission" to make a sit when logs show you spamming props, which I said was a one week ban to show you the seriousness of the current situation you were in. And you said that but I don't remember saying a perm ban, I even said this in the sit because I know the highest punishment for prop spam on the first offense would be a one week ban unless you did it to crash the server, THEN it would be a permanent ban. I didn't see you reported me until after the whole ordeal, that's why I offered to let you watch Big Stan in HD with me, Zoom, and ToxicPotato. And I was going to ban you for a week but I thought you were TRYING to get banned so I didn't want to give you the benefit of being banned when you wanted to be (as bad as that sounds). Zoom is my friend yes, but just not too long ago we were the worst of enemies so I doubt he would take my side 100% as in-game he even said I shouldn't have put FailRP on the warn, and after talking to him I was going to edit the warn but all I can do is remove the warn then re-warn you which didn't seem smart. Also when I picked you up to talk to you (as you were trying to run away from me when I hollered at you for stealing the nuke), you RDM'ed me which was not very epic of you. All in all I would say yeah I should have done it in admin land (all though the noise would have still been there as well as the lag), and shouldn't have added FailRP on the end of the warn, but in my eyes everything was fine but I was a little rude in threatening to ban you but I did want to show you the seriousness of what you did. I would post a video but I stopped recording - which you can ask Zoom and ToxicPotato - I even asked them to record for me but they said they can't so I decided "oh I won't need a recording so I just won't record" and now I should have never stopped recording.[/color][/size]

David should have used the nukes in admin land but he used them in spawn we all make mistakes. You SHOULD NEVER STEAL ANYTHING without advert or from an ADMIN WHO SPAWNED ITEMS YOU CANT GET. Now the Prop Spam part, shows that you spawned ALOT of props which to my belief is that you Prop Spammed. [list] [*]SO IN MY OPINION, DAVID SHOULD NOT BE PUNISHED [/list]

Second, you can’t build on roofs (as specified in the rules). Third, ANY type of prop spam (whether small or massive props) can get you into a sit, or even banned at max. I do think the warn shouldn’t be for FailRP as that wouldn’t really be RP, and following up to that, I would like to ask if Melvin Harris was a citizen or an event manager on duty during this whole event.[/color] [color=#f1c40f]Edit:[/color][color=#2980b9] I saw David was a citizen during the whole event and I can understand he was either testing out something or just doing it for fun, but I still thing he should've done that in admin land, where it is isolated from other players. Also, as seen that you want to dismiss this case, I think David shouldn't be punished[/color][/size]

I was not on the server at the time of the incident, and I do believe David should have tested these nukes in admin land instead of spawn and elsewhere in the map where normal players could run into it. If you were experiencing lag from the nukes, you should have asked him to stop as it doesn't seem that you have without resorting to stealing the nukes right away. You should not have attempted to handle this situation the way you did, because the actions you made (including this "crip hobo roof," which from what I've read was spamming very large props) could have very well gotten you banned from the server. Next time, let another staff member know on Discord so they can take care of it, not you.[/color][/size]
