Second, you can’t build on roofs (as specified in the rules). Third, ANY type of prop spam (whether small or massive props) can get you into a sit, or even banned at max. I do think the warn shouldn’t be for FailRP as that wouldn’t really be RP, and following up to that, I would like to ask if Melvin Harris was a citizen or an event manager on duty during this whole event.[/color]

Also, as seen that you want to dismiss this case, I think David shouldn't be punished[/color][/size]
