I would like to prevent the trolls and rude people from destroying the server. I have a lot of experience dealing with griefers in this game. I just want to help out the community. False Tell us what you would do in these scenarios. 1. You see someone say in admin chat that they were RDM'd. You go to them and they tell you who did it. You go to bring the person then you notice that he is not in the game anymore. What do you do? I would check in logs and copy the player that left steam ID. I would then quickly check to see if he did rdm the player. Afterwards when I do check I would temporary ban the said player for 3 days for LTAP (Leaving To Avoid Punishment). 2. You get on the server only to notice a slight lag. It starts getting worse over time. What do you do? I would check my ping and ask other players if their lagging also. If they are I would check logs for obsessively spawned props. If I noticed anything out of ordinary, I would go to the player and see how serve it is. If it was an obvious attempt to crash the server I would jail and ban him for a week. 3. You join the server and see that a police officer is in spawn arresting everyone. You go to him and ask him what he's doing but he arrest you also. What do you do? I would demote him to citizen. Then I would jail him and Ban him for 3 days as that would be Mass RDA.  4. You respond to a RDM. You ask him why he did it and he shoots you and jumps off the roof. What do you do? I would bring him back and jail him. I would ask him why he did that. I would jail him for 5 minutes and make him read the rules. I would warn him for RDM and ARDM during a sit.  5. You are flying around and you see someone disrespecting someone. What do you do? I would verbal warn him firstly (In some extreme cases I would mute, gag immediately) If he continued I would mute, gag  him for a temporary amount of time. Any other info you would like us to know: I know I am 2 year younger than the 15 age. But I think I would be a good staff member and help this server greatly with griefers.
